工作原理operational principle

超聲波振動篩分系統是由超聲波諧振電源、振蕩器、共振環組成。超聲波諧振電源產生的高頻電振蕩由振蕩器轉換成高頻正弦形式的縱向振蕩波，這些振蕩波傳到共振環上使共振環產生共振，然后由共振環將振動均勻傳輸至篩面。篩網上的物料在做低頻三次元振動的同時，疊加上超聲波振動，既可防止網孔堵塞，又可提高篩分產量和質量。
