1.篩箱：篩箱由篩框、篩網(wǎng)、篩網(wǎng)架、夾箍、迷宮式、密封圈及出料盤組成，篩子和出料盤是通過四只特殊的快開式夾頭固定，裝拆調(diào)換篩網(wǎng)，只需扳下四只快開式手柄，即可脫下篩箱中的全部零件，至復(fù)原裝好，全過程只需1-2分鐘時間，這種特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)，對設(shè)備的操作、清洗、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及為方便，這種篩箱可以適應(yīng)固體或液體原料的過篩。出料盤的開口與平夾角為23度，具有出料容易，篩選能力大等優(yōu)點。
