滾筒篩的主體結(jié)構(gòu)是篩分筒，它是由若干個(gè)圓形狀篩網(wǎng)組成，整體與地平面成傾斜狀態(tài)，外部被密封隔離罩所密封，以防止污染環(huán)境。通過(guò)變速減速系統(tǒng)使篩分筒在一定轉(zhuǎn)速下旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料自上而下通過(guò)篩分筒得到分離，細(xì)料從篩分筒前端下部排出，粗料從篩分筒下端尾部排出。滾筒篩（圓筒篩、回轉(zhuǎn)篩）可設(shè)有梳形清篩機(jī)構(gòu)，在篩分過(guò)程中可通過(guò)梳形清篩機(jī)構(gòu)與篩分筒的相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到對(duì)篩體不問(wèn)斷清理的效果，使篩分筒在整個(gè)工作過(guò)程中始終保持清結(jié)、不粘、不堵、不影響篩分效果。

3、篩分效率高：滾筒篩可設(shè)有梳型清篩機(jī)構(gòu)，在篩分過(guò)程中，不管進(jìn)入篩分筒的物料多臟、多雜都可以篩分，從而提高了設(shè)備的篩分效率。

5、滾筒篩自身能耗小：我公司研制的滾筒篩電機(jī)功率小，是其它篩型的二分之一到三分之一，處理相同量物料而運(yùn)行時(shí)間僅為其它篩型的二分之一，因此能耗低。

6、滾筒篩工作環(huán)境好：整個(gè)篩分筒可以用密封隔離罩所密封，徹底清除了篩分循環(huán)過(guò)程中的粉塵飛揚(yáng)，塊狀飛濺等現(xiàn)象，避免了對(duì)工作環(huán)境的污染。
