The LMDT series bucket elevator is a product developed by our company by introducing advanced technology from similar foreign products. In various industrial countries, this type of conveyor is widely used for lifting large amounts of powdered and small granular materials. It is suitable for lifting powdery and small particle materials, such as cement, coal powder, and finer ore after crushing.
應(yīng)用物料Application materials
斗式提升機主要適用于輸送粉狀、粒狀、小塊狀的低磨琢性物料,如:煤、水泥、碎石、砂子、化肥、糧食等溫度不超過250℃的物料。
The bucket elevator is mainly suitable for conveying low grinding materials such as coal, cement, crushed stones, sand, fertilizers, grains, etc. with a temperature not exceeding 250 ℃.
工作原理operational principle
LMDT板斗式提升機由運行部件、驅(qū)動裝置、上部裝置、中部機殼、下部裝置組成。
1.運行部件──由料斗和套筒滾子鏈組成。
2.驅(qū)動裝置──由驅(qū)動平臺、驅(qū)動組合、傳動鏈組成。驅(qū)動組合通常由ZSY硬齒面減速機(或JZQ減速機)、YOX液力偶合器、Y系列電機、XWD減速機、電磁離合器(或手動離合器)組成。
3.驅(qū)動裝置分左裝和右裝兩種。分別與提升機左、右裝對應(yīng)。
4.左裝:為人面對進料口,驅(qū)動裝置組合和傳動鏈輪在左側(cè)。
5.右裝:為人面對進料口,驅(qū)動裝置組合和傳動鏈輪在右側(cè)。
6.上部裝置──有上部機殼(安裝有軌道)、上罩、卸料口(裝有防回料板)、頭軸裝配、逆止器等部件。
中部機殼──分為與上部裝置聯(lián)接的帶支撐中間節(jié)、帶檢視門中間節(jié)、標準中間節(jié)(均為2.5米高)和1米、1.5米高的非標準中間節(jié),使得提升機能以0.5米一檔來獲得不同的高度。
下部裝置──包括下部機殼、進料口、尾軸裝配、張緊裝置。
The LMDT bucket elevator consists of operating components, driving devices, upper devices, middle casing, and lower devices.
1. Operating components - composed of a hopper and a sleeve roller chain.
2. Driving device - composed of driving platform, driving combination, and transmission chain. The drive combination usually consists of ZSY hard tooth surface reducer (or JZQ reducer), YOX hydraulic coupling, Y series motor, XWD reducer, electromagnetic clutch (or manual clutch).
3. The driving device is divided into two types: left mounted and right mounted. Corresponding to the left and right installation of the elevator.
4. Left installation: Facing the feeding port, the driving device combination and transmission sprocket are on the left side.
5. Right installation: Facing the feeding port, the driving device combination and transmission sprocket are on the right side.
6. Upper device - includes upper casing (with track installed), upper cover, discharge port (with anti backflow plate installed), head shaft assembly, backstop, and other components.
Middle casing - divided into a middle section with support connected to the upper device, a middle section with inspection door, a standard middle section (all 2.5 meters high), and non-standard middle sections of 1 meter and 1.5 meters high, allowing the lifting function to achieve different heights in increments of 0.5 meters.
Lower device - including lower casing, feed inlet, tail shaft assembly, and tensioning device.

l The mechanical size of this type of elevator is small, compared to other elevators with the same lifting capacity.
l The conveying capacity is large, and this series of elevators has multiple specifications ranging from LMDT15 to LMDT800. The range of increase is 15-800m3/h.
l Easy to operate, minimal maintenance, and fewer vulnerable parts. The conveying chain is a sleeve roller chain, which is used for inducing gravity unloading and vertical lifting of various powder and block materials.
