　物料由重力、振動(dòng)及螺旋式作用進(jìn)入包裝袋內(nèi)，采用智能控制的雙速閥門(mén)控制精度。常規(guī)機(jī)型配備氣動(dòng)提放袋機(jī)構(gòu)，可在包裝較松散物料時(shí)，將包裝袋進(jìn)行提放操作。以增加包裝袋內(nèi)物料的密實(shí)度，改善包裝外觀，減小包裝袋的體積。與其它機(jī)型相比，具有包裝重量范圍大、精確度高、穩(wěn)定度高、功耗小的特點(diǎn)。目前已長(zhǎng)期成功應(yīng)用國(guó)內(nèi)碳黑、塑膠、石化等行業(yè)。
  The expandable material enters the packaging bag through gravity, vibration, and spiral action, and is controlled by an intelligent dual speed valve for precision. 使用方法Usage
　　由操作人員套上包裝袋口，將四個(gè)吊帶掛好，按“允加“按鈕，包裝機(jī)自動(dòng)提袋后開(kāi)始快速加料，包裝重量接近設(shè)定重量值時(shí)，自動(dòng)減速進(jìn)行精確加料，達(dá)到重量設(shè)定值后，停止加料并放下包裝好的袋子。操作人員松開(kāi)工捆扎袋口后取走包好的袋子，套上新袋后重復(fù)上述過(guò)程可進(jìn)行下一次包裝。
The operator puts on the opening of the packaging bag, hangs the four straps, and presses the "allow to add" button. The packaging machine automatically picks up the bag and starts to add materials quickly. When the packaging weight approaches the set weight value, it automatically slows down for precise feeding. After reaching the weight set value, the feeding stops and the packaged bag is placed down. The operator loosens the bag opening and takes away the packaged bag. After putting on the new bag, the above process can be repeated for the next packaging.

擴(kuò)展性Extensibility 

l 為改善包裝環(huán)境，搭配小型除塵風(fēng)機(jī)使用，以避免揚(yáng)塵。 

l 可選配自動(dòng)夾袋裝置，進(jìn)一步減少人員工作量。

l 可選配振動(dòng)電機(jī)，可在包裝過(guò)程中對(duì)袋內(nèi)物料進(jìn)行振動(dòng)，進(jìn)而有效提高物料密實(shí)度。
