工作原理Working principle
   原料進(jìn)入加料斗之后，由錐形螺旋螺桿對(duì)物料進(jìn)行脫氣預(yù)壓縮后再均勻的輸送至兩個(gè)相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的壓輥中間進(jìn)行壓片，其壓實(shí)力是通過油缸的推力由壓輥傳遞給物料的，被壓實(shí)的片狀物料自動(dòng)脫輥并進(jìn)入破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行整粒，顆粒大小可通過更換破碎機(jī)的篩網(wǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。破碎出的成品顆粒回收，

非成品可再次投入制粒機(jī)再造粒。顆粒的厚度和硬度可通過調(diào)節(jié)油缸的壓力和送料、壓片的速度等方式進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

1、A型采用手動(dòng)油泵，B型采用液壓站電動(dòng)油泵。
