工作原理Working principle

    螺桿擠出機分單螺桿型和雙螺桿型，擠出形式有前出料和側出料二種。干粉體加入適量水混合均勻后投入造粒機，粉體進入制粒倉后在螺旋桿旋轉的作用下向前推進，制粒倉前段安裝帶有圓孔的網板。物料經過螺桿擠壓穿過網板后形成圓柱形長條形顆粒，再經過前端的旋轉刀割成固定長度的圓柱形小顆粒。從而實現將粉體制作成均勻的圓柱型顆粒的目的。顆粒形狀為圓柱狀，成品顆粒直徑和長度可以調節
