　　 該機(jī)應(yīng)用范圍廣，適用于醫(yī)藥、化工、食品、工農(nóng)等行業(yè)上萬(wàn)種物料，如：奧美拉唑制丸、阿斯匹林制丸、飼料酶制丸、硫酸鈉制丸、復(fù)方氨酚烷制、農(nóng)藥顆粒、催化劑、復(fù)合VB2薄膜制丸等等。通過(guò)將粉體物料與粘合劑混合，制成適宜的軟材, 再將軟材擠壓成柱狀顆粒后放入球形拋丸機(jī)制成圓球度極高的球形顆粒，最后用干燥設(shè)備干燥掉多余水份，取得所需要的球形顆粒。

      This machine has a wide range of applications and is suitable for tens of thousands of materials in industries such as medicine, chemical, food, and agriculture, such as omeprazole pellets, aspirin pellets, feed enzyme pellets, sodium sulfate pellets, compound aminophene pellets, pesticide granules, catalysts, and composite VB2 film pellets. 工作原理Working principle

     將前道工序做成的濕顆粒投入旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤(pán)內(nèi)，使?jié)耦w粒受到環(huán)隙空氣浮力、旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力、自身重力作用，呈環(huán)形繩股狀運(yùn)動(dòng)，從合理方向通過(guò)多流體噴槍向運(yùn)動(dòng)料層噴入配方液，從而形成圓球度很高的球丸，原理與旋轉(zhuǎn)流化床類(lèi)似。

    The wet particles made in the previous process are placed into a rotating centrifugal disc, which is subjected to the buoyancy of air in the annular gap, rotating centrifugal force, and self gravity, forming a circular rope like motion. The formula liquid is sprayed into the moving material layer from a reasonable direction through a multi fluid spray gun, thereby forming high spherical pellets.
