工作原理Working principle

　  加工的原料進(jìn)入粉碎整粒機(jī)的進(jìn)料口后，落入錐形工作室 ，由旋轉(zhuǎn)回轉(zhuǎn)刀對(duì)原料起旋流作用，并以離心力將顆粒甩向篩網(wǎng)面，同時(shí)由于回轉(zhuǎn)刀的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)與篩網(wǎng)面產(chǎn)生剪切作用，顆粒在回轉(zhuǎn)刀與篩網(wǎng)間被粉碎成小顆粒并經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)孔排出。粉碎的顆粒大小，由篩網(wǎng)的目數(shù)，回轉(zhuǎn)刀與篩網(wǎng)之間的間距以及回轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)速的快慢來調(diào)節(jié)。

   After the processed raw materials enter the feeding port of the crushing and pelletizing machine, they fall into the conical working chamber.
