工作原理operational principle
快速攪拌混合機(jī)由底部送料葉漿和高速碎料葉漿組成。送料葉漿將底部物料連續(xù)不斷沿筒壁向上送料。高速碎料葉漿將料葉漿送來(lái)的物料徹底打碎,使物料循環(huán)形成旋渦狀,在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到將物料混合均勻的目的。
The rapid mixing mixer consists of bottom feeding blade slurry and high-speed crushing blade slurry. The feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall. The high-speed crushing blade slurry thoroughly crushes the material sent by the blade slurry, causing the material to circulate and form a vortex shape, achieving the goal of mixing the material evenly in a short period of time.

混合時(shí)間短,每次混合150-250-500公斤粉料只需3-10分鐘;
清洗簡(jiǎn)單,只要把水加入料斗,開機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn),然后把水放出,即可清洗干凈;
由于離心力的作用,底部送料葉漿將底部物料沿筒壁連續(xù)不斷向上送料,上部物料由中心向下回落,使物料循環(huán)形成旋渦狀。
高速碎料葉漿將送料葉漿送來(lái)的塊狀物料徹底打碎。
由于上述二種葉漿的高速旋轉(zhuǎn),所以能使物料在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到混合均勻的目的,其混合速度和均勻速度是國(guó)內(nèi)各種混合機(jī)無(wú)法達(dá)到的、混合后的物料中間無(wú)顆粒狀,混合均勻速度達(dá)百分之百;
加料、放料非常方便,加料時(shí)把原料、小料、水一次性加進(jìn),然后蓋上蓋子按設(shè)定時(shí)間開機(jī)攪拌。放料時(shí)只要抽出插板,開機(jī)或點(diǎn)動(dòng)即可使料完全放出。這樣在操作上既簡(jiǎn)單又衛(wèi)生,不用手去接觸原料;
該機(jī)物料接觸處均用不繡鋼制作,在混合過(guò)程中不會(huì)產(chǎn)生物料揮發(fā)、變質(zhì)和流失
該機(jī)適用將不同比例的干性、濕性物料混合均勻,特別適用于粉體、顆粒、超細(xì)粉末狀物料,藥品沖劑、飲料沖劑等多種復(fù)雜混合物料的攪拌。

Adding and discharging materials are very convenient. When adding materials, add the raw materials, small materials, and water all at once, then cover the lid and start stirring according to the set time. When discharging, simply pull out the plug, turn on or jog to fully discharge the material. This is both simple and hygienic in operation, without the need for hands to touch the raw materials;
The material contact points of this machine are all made of stainless steel, and there will be no material volatilization, deterioration, or loss during the mixing process
