工作原理operational principle

空氣經加熱凈化后，由引風機從LMFTG系列高效沸騰干燥機下部導入，穿過料斗的孔網板。潔凈的熱風經閥板分配入床體內，從加料器進入的濕物科被熱風形成流化狀態如煮沸的開水在床體內跳躍，故稱為沸騰干燥器機，由于熱風與物料廣泛接觸，因此在較短時間內就可干燥。從床體的一頭進入，經過幾分鐘至幾十分鐘時間的“沸騰”，自動從床體的另一頭流出。在工作室內，經攪拌和負壓作用形成流態化，水份快速蒸發后隨著排氣帶走，物料快速干燥。

The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into a fluidized state by the hot air, such as boiling water jumping in the bed. Therefore, it is called a boiling dryer. Due to the wide contact between the hot air and the material, it can be dried in a relatively short time. Entering from one end of the bed, after several minutes to tens of minutes of boiling, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. In the studio, fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure, and the water evaporates rapidly before being carried away with the exhaust, resulting in rapid drying of the material.
