本干燥機的工作原理是應用振動電機產生的激振頻率,使置于橡膠彈簧上的流化床主機由于激振頻率而產生有規律的振動,在正常空載運轉的狀態下,由流化床一端的加料器投料,被干燥物料進入干燥室,即流化床床面,經中效、高效過濾后的加熱空氣由流化床底部穿過流化床床面的孔眼的分配進入干燥室,并于穿過的同時,與床面的干燥物料接觸,實現傳質熱交換,物料濕份被氣化,隨引風機引風的作用,夾帶于濕熱空氣中微粉物料經旋風分離器分離,回收的粉塵物料由旋風分離器底部設置關風機或蝶閥收料,夾帶于濕熱空氣中的微塵物料經除塵器布袋捕集進一步被回收,濕熱空氣由引風機排出,完成干燥生產的全過程。

不適合的物料Unsuitable materials
本機可選用蒸汽、燃氣、燃油、燃煤為加熱熱源,使用范圍廣泛,可供用戶選擇。
被處理的物料受到一定的限制,有一定的使用條件:
(1).物料的粒徑一般大于0.5mm,小于8mm較為合適。粒徑太小易被氣流夾帶,粒徑太大不易流化。
(2).如幾種物料混合在一起進性流化床干燥,則要求幾種物料的密度比較接近。
(3).含水率過高且易粘結成團的物料,一般不適用。
(4).對產品要求外表美觀的物料不宜采用。

工藝流程Technological process
物料自進料口進入機內,在振動力作用下,物料沿水平方向拋擲向前連續運動,熱風向上穿過流化床同濕物料換熱后,濕空氣經旋風分離器(或脈沖式布袋除塵器)除塵后由排風排出,干燥物料由排料口排出,然后收集包裝。
