工作原理operational principle

 空氣經空氣過濾器后進入空氣加熱器，當空氣加熱器到給定的溫度后以切線方向進入熱風分配器，經熱風分配器作用后的空氣，均勻地、螺旋式地進入干燥室，同時料液由霧化器霧化為20~60um的霧滴，當霧滴與熱空氣接觸后就迅速汽化干燥為粉末或顆粒產品。采用旋風風離器直接收集后經氣力輸送至效料倉，完成物料的冷卻及輸送，廢氣由風機排出口經水沫除塵器排出。
