工作原理operational principle

主要是利用偏心塊的運動來實現的，它的運動形狀是勻速往復回旋運動，傾角一般為4-9度。并通過驅動箱傳給篩機，物料在進料端為水平圓運動，在長度方向上逐漸變成橢圓運動，最后在出料端變成近似往復直線運動。物料通過進料口進入篩體后，在振動力的作用下，能夠較均勻地分布在平面回轉篩分機的篩面上，并且下層較小的物料可以迅速通過篩網，上、下兩層物料同時向出料端運動。

1. 篩箱包括篩框、篩網、篩格、彈簧卡和彈跳球等組件，其中，篩框由不銹鋼材質或碳鋼材質制作。篩框上安裝有上、下兩層篩網，篩網通過設置在篩格周邊上的彈簧卡張緊在篩格上，彈跳球設置在篩格的方格內。頂蓋為鋼質結構一方面對篩箱起密封防塵作用，另一方面對篩框起壓緊作用；頂蓋上有四個觀察窗，可以觀察物料的運動情況和用來檢修。篩箱由鋼板鉚合而成，它和頂蓋形成一個封閉的結構，物料在其中得到充分的分級。
