工作原理operational principle
主要是利用偏心塊的運動來實現的,它的運動形狀是勻速往復回旋運動,傾角一般為4-9度。并通過驅動箱傳給篩機,物料在進料端為水平圓運動,在長度方向上逐漸變成橢圓運動,最后在出料端變成近似往復直線運動。物料通過進料口進入篩體后,在振動力的作用下,能夠較均勻地分布在平面回轉篩分機的篩面上,并且下層較小的物料可以迅速通過篩網,上、下兩層物料同時向出料端運動。
It is mainly achieved through the motion of eccentric blocks, which have a uniform reciprocating motion shape and an inclination angle of generally 4-9 degrees. And it is transmitted to the screening machine through the drive box. The material moves horizontally in a circular motion at the feeding end, gradually becoming elliptical in the length direction, and finally becoming approximately reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. After the material enters the screen body through the feeding port, it can be evenly distributed on the screen surface of the flat rotary screening machine under the action of vibration force. 設備結構Equipment structure
1. 篩箱包括篩框、篩網、篩格、彈簧卡和彈跳球等組件,其中,篩框由不銹鋼材質或碳鋼材質制作。篩框上安裝有上、下兩層篩網,篩網通過設置在篩格周邊上的彈簧卡張緊在篩格上,彈跳球設置在篩格的方格內。頂蓋為鋼質結構一方面對篩箱起密封防塵作用,另一方面對篩框起壓緊作用;頂蓋上有四個觀察窗,可以觀察物料的運動情況和用來檢修。篩箱由鋼板鉚合而成,它和頂蓋形成一個封閉的結構,物料在其中得到充分的分級。
2.驅動裝置包括驅動器、電動機、鎖緊套、萬向軸、鎖緊圓螺母、止動墊圈和錐套等組件,其中,錐套固定在篩框上,驅動器的驅動軸設置在錐套內并通過鎖緊套來連接固定其位置。

The cone sleeve is fixed on the screen frame, and the driving shaft of the driver is set inside the cone sleeve and connected and fixed in position through the locking sleeve.
