工作原理Working principle

物料由進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入旋轉(zhuǎn)筒體的前端，設(shè)在筒體前端的進(jìn)汽管噴出一定壓力的水蒸汽。由于進(jìn)汽管噴頭位于物料底部，且蒸汽噴出來時有一定的壓力，因此使物料均勻地獲得一些水分而結(jié)成較小的顆粒。由于筒體有一定的斜度，這些小顆粒在重力和襯板摩擦力的作用下，不斷地在筒體圓周和軸線方向運(yùn)動，在運(yùn)動中小顆粒逐漸結(jié)成一定規(guī)格的大顆粒。

（3）轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁襯若干軟膠板或聚丙烯板，筒體上相應(yīng)位置開有通氣孔，當(dāng)內(nèi)襯隨著筒體同時由下方轉(zhuǎn)到上方時，由于自重的關(guān)系內(nèi)襯下垂，從而使黏附在內(nèi)襯上的物料因重力而落下，達(dá)到自動清理結(jié)料的作用。

（5）生產(chǎn)原料適應(yīng)性廣泛：對低溶解度（普鈣、氯化鈣、硫酸銨、硫酸鉀、氯化鉀等）和高溶解度（尿素、硝銨、磷銨等）等原料可按要求任意配合使用，還可搭配一些有機(jī)質(zhì)及中微量元素。
