工作原理Working principle

    利用高速回轉(zhuǎn)的機械攪拌力及由此產(chǎn)生的空氣動力，使細粉狀料在機內(nèi)連續(xù)實現(xiàn)混合，成粒、球化、致密等過程，從而達到造粒的目的。顆粒形狀為球形，球形度 ≥0.7，粒徑 般在0.3-3毫米之間，成粒率≥80%，顆粒直徑的大小可通過物料混合量和主軸轉(zhuǎn)速適當調(diào)節(jié)，通常混合量越低，轉(zhuǎn)速越高，顆粒越小。

By utilizing the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force, the fine powder material is continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, and compacted in the machine, thereby achieving the goal of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, with a sphericity of ≥ 0.7 and a particle size generally between 0.3-3 millimeters. The particle formation rate is ≥ 80%. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted appropriately by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount and the higher the speed, the smaller the particle.

適用范圍Applicable scope

   對畜禽糞便，堆漚肥料類，綠肥類，海肥類，餅肥類，草炭類，土雜肥，三廢物，微生物類、城市生活垃圾、有機發(fā)酵肥料的造粒有專用性。該機尤其適用于輕質(zhì)細粉物料的造粒。細粉物料的基本微粒越細，顆粒的球形度越高，成球質(zhì)量越好。典型應用物料：雞糞、豬糞、牛糞、炭里、陶土、高嶺土等。
