工作原理Working principle

　  加工的原料進入粉碎整粒機的進料口后，落入錐形工作室 ，由旋轉回轉刀對原料起旋流作用，并以離心力將顆粒甩向篩網面，同時由于回轉刀的高速旋轉與篩網面產生剪切作用，顆粒在回轉刀與篩網間被粉碎成小顆粒并經篩網孔排出。粉碎的顆粒大小，由篩網的目數，回轉刀與篩網之間的間距以及回轉轉速的快慢來調節。

   After the processed raw materials enter the feeding port of the crushing and pelletizing machine, they fall into the conical working chamber. The rotating rotary knife swirls the raw materials and throws the particles towards the screen surface with centrifugal force. At the same time, due to the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife and the shear effect on the screen surface, the particles are crushed into small particles between the rotary knife and the screen and discharged through the screen hole.
