工作原理operational principle
臥式螺帶混合機由U形筒體、螺帶攪拌葉片和傳動部件組成;螺帶狀葉片一般做成雙層,工作時外層螺帶將物料從兩側向中央匯集,內層螺帶將物料從中央向兩側輸送,形成對流混合。筒蓋可做成拱形或全開式,拱形可以承壓,全開式方便清洗設備內部。本機的優點是適用范圍廣、混合均勻度高、混合時間短、裝載系數大。

During operation, the outer spiral belt collects materials from both sides to the center, while the inner spiral belt transports materials from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing. 混合均勻度高:能使1:10000倍配比的物料均勻混合,尤其使對于比重特性較 大的物 料混合更顯其優勢。用戶曾經做過現場試驗,在10分鐘內將1000公斤 面粉和5公斤左右的紅色粉末混合,經過每個角落取樣化驗,混合均勻度很高。相比其他混合機混合均勻度高很多!
混合速度快,效率高:通常每批物料混合一般在1-10分鐘就完全達到充分混合攪拌,比其它混料機效率提高6-10倍或更高。
出料快,通常1~2分鐘出完一批料。用戶現場試驗時,1000公斤面粉時間47秒
裝載量大:該設備通常裝載量(裝載系數)在70%以上。
殘留量少:用戶一直認為臥式設備殘留量大,實際不是這樣的,由于外螺帶跟U型筒壁間隙我們在加工過程中做到很很小,而且出料時螺帶一直在運轉,使得物料往出料閥方向運動,基本全部出光。用戶在現場試驗中1000公斤面粉殘留在5公斤。
滿足真空上料、無粉塵出料,避免整個上料、混合、出料過程中粉塵飛揚。
混合過程溫和,基本不被破壞物料的原始狀態。
對物料無污染現象:該設備的攪拌機構為整體式,安全可靠,所有棱角焊縫圓滑過渡,易清洗; 潤滑部部位均在桶體外,無滴油和磨屑物滲入物料,可密封操作,隔絕空氣中塵埃進入物料。
對廠房要求低:設備為臥式,且各種形式的驅動裝置和出料位置可任意選擇,不受廠房高度,占地面積制約。
設備運轉平穩可靠,易損件少,使用壽命長,維修方便操作簡單。

During on-site testing, 1000 kilograms of flour remained in 5 kilograms.
Satisfy vacuum feeding and dust-free discharge, avoiding dust flying during the entire feeding, mixing, and discharging process.
The mixing process is gentle and basically does not damage the original state of the material.
No pollution to materials: The mixing mechanism of this equipment is integral, safe and reliable, and all sharp and angular welds have smooth transitions, making it easy to clean; The lubrication parts are all located outside the barrel, with no dripping oil or debris infiltrating the material. They can be sealed for operation, isolating dust from the air from entering the material.
Low requirements for the factory building: the equipment is horizontal, and various forms of driving devices and discharge positions can be freely selected, without being limited by the height and floor area of the factory building.
