無重力混合機裝載著兩根同時異向向外旋轉的平行槳葉軸,每根軸上搭載十字槳葉,在驅動裝置的同步作用下,兩根的十字槳葉軸的運行軌跡成相交關系,且錯位嚙合。驅動裝置驅使槳葉軸快速旋轉,旋轉的槳葉產生離心力,將物料有效拋灑至筒內上空部分,達到拋物線的最高點后下落(拋物線的最高點也稱為瞬間無重力狀態(tài)),物料再受槳葉的驅趕,在筒體內往復循環(huán)混合,并受雙軸的嚙合空間混合、剪切、分離,致使物料快速混合均勻。
